The Marketing Executive will be involved in all aspects of operational marketing & communication for JCDecaux Dubai. With a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, you will take responsibility for translating sales briefs into proposals with meaningful insights, using the available data, information and research. Creating presentations which are visually appealing as well as strongly convincing for the sales team to not only answer their clients effectively but also pitch new solutions and ideas to potential clients and businesses should be your strong suit. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and highly organized individual with the ability to manage several projects at once. The candidate should also be proactive, with a drive to present new ideas and contribute to an effective Marketing Strategy for the company.
Operational Marketing / Sales Support (60%)
Build an extensive knowledge of the concessions of JCDecaux Dubai and our Media Offer
Prepare presentations or any other collateral required by the sales team to answer client briefs efficiently and effectively
Maintain close working relationship with the graphics team to deliver qualitative and innovative proposals (static and video mock-ups, video requests, other marketing material)
Assist in enriching the sales speech with additional information related to brands/ sectors/ region
Coach the sales team in how to effectively use the marketing support materials
Ensure regular update of the sales enablement platforms such as Odex & Showpad
Communication & PR (20%)
Content writing for press releases, website, and social media
Managing JCDecaux Middle East website as well as the global JCDecaux information exchange platform
Being the point of contact in Dubai for JCDecaux corporate teams\' requirements (benchmarks, local communications, and updates)
Manage the local social media accounts for JCDecaux Dubai (Twitter, Instagram)
Devise new ideas and suggestions on how to improve the communication plan and strategy for JCDecaux Dubai
Market Intelligence & Data Insights Expert (20%)
Monitor the latest trends & news in the OOH industry as well as our clients
Monitor competitor activity and brainstorm potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
Leverage on the data eco-system and build key insights that can be used to enhance the sales presentations
Assist in the implementation of JCDecaux Data Solutions
Monitor the availability of quantitative & qualitative data across the sectors, building a robust information library
