Marketing Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Dubai

Salary Package: AED 14-18000 all-inclusive plus medical, flights, visa etc

My client is a very popular gourmet caf\xc3\xa9 style concept, and we are looking for a Marketing Executive to head up the marketing team.

The Marketing Executive will plan, research, and organize approved campaigns and promotional events to meet the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives across all digital and traditional media channels. Monitor and engage with the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital community.

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes needed for this role:

• Post schooling higher diploma or equivalent qualification ideally in journalism, communication and/or marketing.
• Strong Excel and MS Office package skills. Good working knowledge of In Design, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and E-Mail marketing software such as MailChimp.
• Strong communication skills to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external contacts. Hands-on, analytical, and ambitious, \xe2\x80\x98Can Do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry demonstrating an ability to assess and continuously improve the customer journey.
• Web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and able to manage strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Google Advertising & Email marketing.
• Community management, building an online community and customer database.
• PR management, compose, prepare, draft, and proof-read articulate, grammatically correct press releases, story content, and collateral reflecting the brand\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines.
• Support in planning, story development, writing content and creative development for the quarterly magazine.
• Ensure that all content listed on the company\xe2\x80\x99s website is correct and up to date and continually review, improve and optimise the customer\xe2\x80\x99s journey.
• Write English fluently with the ability to write creative content, including captions, press releases.
• Contribute to the company\xe2\x80\x99s innovation towards product packaging, visual merchandising, and activations to create a proprietary advantage.
• Good understanding of trends and best practices in the food and beverage industry.
