Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive with retail experience to undertake our organisation marketing activates, The ideal candidate will be passionate for the "art" of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image. Responsibilities Annual Marketing Online and Offline Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Annual Preparation of the seasonal and campaign Mood board, instore signages with 3D design execution plan, and activity area in the stores.
  • Negotiate and propose Annual Campaign Budget for all POPs, instore signages and other graphics proposal.
  • Prepare the High resolution artworks and Printing Files to share with the agency
  • Manage all Installation works and Follow up inspection of all marketing activities.
Annual Loyalty Programme Activation and Corporate Event Planning
  • Drafting the Loyalty Programme Activity calendar and VIP Membership giveaway and follow up the status.
  • Propose and Negotiate the cost budget for each activations
  • Collating all Videos and pictures from the all Marketing Activations for future reference.
  • Drafting conent and execute SMS or Email marketing for community newsletter in a regular basis.
Research New Branding Techniques, Trends and International Commercial Design
  • Collating new Trends for Brand seasonal and non-seasonal POP Designs in a regular basis
  • Resourcing Better standards of ingenious execution for marketing materials improvement.
Organize and Collate all marketing Documents from the Loyalty programme
  • Update and maintain Customer Database from Events, Giveaway contents and Website Memberships.
  • Collate and draft all Activation Analysis Report and Feedback from operations department and customers.
Requirements and skills
  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
  • Excellent communication and people skills ( English & Arabic )
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
