As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an ideal candidate to support our team in developing a marketing plan that drives business targets and brand strategy, execute the marketing plan and strategy through delivery of marketing campaigns and communications to realize sales and profitability targets and ensure the brand communications support the brand image and equity.

Job Requirements:

• Content writing skills is a must
• Video editing skills is a must
• Prepare and deliver marketing plans within key objectives
• Work with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
• Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising spots and website content

• Generate and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more
• Create brand partnerships
• Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format such as CRM and Salesforce
• Liaise with events coordinators to maximize visibility at conferences, receptions and exhibitions, including compiling product and literature lists to display or demonstrate

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing ideally in events or luxury lifestyle management
• Deep knowledge of digital platforms and management of providers
• Experience in /willingness to work in teams, by objectives with autonomy
• Understands the importance of meeting the lead generation objectives
• Communication skills and networking ability
• Adaptability
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organization and planning skills
• Creativity and writing skills
• Commercial awareness
• IT skills
