The Role
With offices across the Middle East, my client and its associated group companies offer various professional services to organizations operating or looking to operate in the Middle East. As the Marketing Executive you will; - Manage the development, administration and execution of events, specializing in networking events, seminars and webinars - Create and develop marketing materials (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, brochures, event invitations and various other graphic materials) - Customer relationship management, including the maintenance of various customer databases - Distribute updates to clients via email - Manage social media accounts, oversee website content development and design - Author, edit and organize the various components of proposals and supplier registrations to ensure comprehensive and relevant content - Provide ad hoc support to revenue-generating activities, conduct research to identify new leads and potential new markets, and develop ideas for new revenue generation opportunities - Conduct market research into the FMCG industry and source new products for distribution within the Middle East - Monitor media and generate monthly press summaries - Liaise with various suppliers such as agencies, printers and venues Other Responsibilities: Actively support the successful development of the different businesses within the Group in line with strategic objectives through tasks including but not limited to: - Manage contacts databases of each company; - Arrange business development events including seminars and networking evenings; - Research business development opportunities for each company; - Develop and maintain websites and social media channels for each company; - Manage business-to-business communication with clients, including client updates - Manage database of proposals and presentations; and - Arrange business development trips.
