The Role
Job Summary: Our client, a successful international real estate agency based in Dubai, is looking for a Marketing Executive (Russian Speaker) who will manage company's marketing activities to generate leads and create meaningful exposure. Role and Main Responsibilities: - Assist with management and development of marketing campaigns that will support the brand awareness and lead generation - Ensure all marketing plans/campaigns are in line with the marketing calendar and strategy set by the company owner - Manage day-to-day communication with external partners and agencies to ensure proper implementation of marketing activities - Produce content and collateral that supports successful sales execution - Develop the weekly, monthly social media and events calendar - Execute the CRM strategy on dispatching customers email/SMS communications in relation to project updates - Organize and manage lead generating events - Conduct market research and competitor analyses - Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation (Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.) - Ensure optimum delivery method of content and messaging to the external clients for better traction and engagement - Manage the company's website updates - Support the management team with any other marketing tasks that may occur What We Offer: - Competitive salary, depending on experience - Visa sponsorship - Medical insurance - Annual leave of 30 days per annum - Working hours - 9.00-18.00 - Annual air ticket allowance - Diversified and friendly work environment
Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field - Russian speaker, Advanced English, Arabic is a plus - At least 3 years of marketing experience, ideally with premium products/services - Experience with social media; Google Adwords; SEO/SEM; email campaigns - Knowledge of web analytics tools - Excellent communication skills - Creative, well organized with strong work ethics - Strong Ms.Office skills. Canva experience is a plus. - Property business experience an advantage - Based in UAE - Able to travel for business trips from time to time
