Job Description
We are looking to hire a Marketing Executive with minimum 1 to 1.5 Dubai Real Estate experience who will be responsible for developing and managing marketing programs, supporting business objectives, leading acquisitions, fostering customer retention, executing business development, providing sales support, and generating leads. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns and strategies across the prospect and customer lifecycle
- Develop creative briefs, work with and guide the creative team to meet objectives for all advertising and communications
- Good knowledge of Google Ads, PPC
- Manages on a daily basis the optimization and enhancement of ongoing campaigns
- Establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Good at Research & Reportings
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
