Job Description

Responsible for reviewing, creating, developing & editing content for the company which will be published on websites & all social media pages to gain maximum exposure. Be adept at promoting content on social media & be familiar with digital publishing & generating traffic & leads. Expected to work simultaneously with the management to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns & content published. Candidate is also required to brainstorm & suggest creative strategies to increase the reach of the current customer segment. Responsibilities: Manage the company's brand, analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online Research on industry-related topics Overseeing a company's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone & style, adhering to the respective style guides Support brand development & awareness using various marketing mediums. Incorporate blog & social media posts in both websites & social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, etc. Utilize various digital publishing platforms to create structured drafts Target content to specific audiences & focus on trending topics Communicate with the company's current media network (TV, and magazines, social media influencers) Help develop a content strategy across all brands & all channels. Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content Analyze web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion & bounce rates) Requirements: Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices Proficient in MS Office. Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends) Excellent communication and people skills 1-2 years experience working in digital marketing, specialist, content creator, or similar Fluency in reading, writing & speaking in English. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere & aftereffects for image, video & graphics formatting & editing. Knowledge & ability to use & create content on all social media platforms e.g.: (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.) Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
