Job Description

Urban Scholar Education Centre is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role responsible for executing offline marketing initiatives, managing promotional activities, supporting enrolment growth, and strengthening the Centre's brand presence through field marketing, partnerships, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Organise and coordinate promotional events, school visits, education fairs, and outreach programs. Build and maintain partnerships with schools, communities, and corporate organisations. Support enrolment campaigns and ensure smooth communication with prospective parents. Collect and maintain enquiry data for follow-up and reporting. Provide regular updates on marketing activities, field visits, and outreach performance. Prepare professional communication materials for internal and external use. Collaborate with admissions, academic, and operations teams for marketing requirements. Assist in organising parent engagement programs and in-centre activities. Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all offline marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends. Proficiency in graphic design platforms such as Canva or Adobe Suite. Strong communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
