Job Description

1. You will be responsible for achieving revenue goals by developing and executing sales and marketing plans, including building sales through telephone calls, inter-personal sales meetings and networking, marketing the entire restaurant and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant locally and internationally. 2. Attending events, as required, in order to build relationships with a network of potential guests and develop possible business opportunities. 3. Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads. 4. Receiving and converting incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue. 5. Demonstrating a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the restaurant and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate. 6. Preparing and implementing the restaurant marketing budget and plan. 7. Understanding the competitive market place and implementing approaches to ensure the restaurant stays ahead in the local market. 8. Developing, implementing and monitoring creative local marketing channels, including social media. 9. Updating of restaurant's content on the website. 10. Updating of media database in cooperation with the PR agency. 11. Planning and handling restaurant individual customer emailing. 12. Managing an event's schedule to maximize yield and ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events. 13. Evaluating and implementing local restaurant sponsorship activities and related advertising 14. Cooperating with other departments in the restaurant to create an exceptional customer experience and ensure that a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained. 15. Attracting VIP guests to the restaurant and recording guests' details on the CRM system. 16. Serving as the main point of contact for VIP customers and ensuring that the restaurant staff is fully briefed on their requirements. 17. Building strong relationships with customers in order to gain full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively. 18. Managing, recording and resolving customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner. 19. Producing accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads. 20. Attending all restaurant meetings.
Assisting with other departments, as necessary. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From QAR10,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Hospitality: 2 years (Preferred)
