Position Title: Social Media Executive - Colour Cosmetics Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive specializing in Colour Cosmetics to join our team. This role involves curating captivating content, engaging with our audience, and strategizing social media campaigns to elevate our brand presence across various platforms. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Content Creation: Develop visually stunning and compelling content including images, videos, and graphics showcasing our color cosmetics range. \xc2\xb7 Social Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales. \xc2\xb7 Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments/messages, and initiating conversations around our color cosmetics line. \xc2\xb7 Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive. \xc2\xb7 Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and product launches. \xc2\xb7 Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Experience: Proven experience of 2-3 years in social media management specifically within the color cosmetics or beauty industry. \xc2\xb7 Creativity: Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for design, color schemes, and aesthetics. \xc2\xb7 Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitter, Youtube etc.) and their best practices. \xc2\xb7 Trend Awareness: Ability to identify and leverage current beauty and cosmetic trends to create engaging content. \xc2\xb7 Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for engaging and building relationships online. \xc2\xb7 Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and interpret social media performance data. \xc2\xb7 Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in social media trends and algorithms.
