Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute visually captivating social photography and videos that align with the brand\'s aesthetic and storytelling. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the team to create engaging campaign materials, social media assets, digital ads, email newsletters, and website visuals. \xc2\xb7 Create and edit videos to enhance the brand\'s storytelling and promote products or services effectively. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a strong understanding of the target audience, brand guidelines, and marketing objectives to create content that resonates with our customers. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the design & sales team to develop visually appealing trade show materials that showcase the brand and products. \xc2\xb7 Stay up to date with current industry trends and emerging visual content techniques to continuously improve the quality and impact of our content. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy. \xc2\xb7 Manage and organize a library of visual assets, ensuring accessibility and easy retrieval for future use. \xc2\xb7 Overseeing a Monthly social calendar with social grid layouts and campaign messaging \xc2\xb7 Identify key moments to activate the Scarlett Poppies brand across the editorial calendar through a mix of monthly, seasonal, rapid response, and always-on content \xc2\xb7 Become a champion of the company social community, making sure our content reflects the interests and needs of our audience \xc2\xb7 Leverage a consistent measurement plan to ensure that content performance is evaluated correctly \xc2\xb7 Lead all content publishing, weekly social calendar with social grid layouts, and community management, including engaging fans, followers, prospects, partners and aspirational customers through comments and Direct Messages. Respond to DMs from customers within 2 hours during working hours \xc2\xb7 Manage and grow the Scarlett Poppies social media influencer program \xc2\xb7 Assist in website management and updates including reviewing ATS and understanding how to push styles through communication on social and newsletter to consumers Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a content creator, importantly within the fashion or similar industry. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to translate them into compelling visual content. \xc2\xb7 Excellent creative and conceptual thinking, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. \xc2\xb7 Experienced with social media platforms and their respective content requirements. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. \xc2\xb7 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
