Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Executive to support the marketing initiatives This role will involve executing and optimizing marketing campaigns and communications, social media, creating content, email marketing and website management. The Marketing Executive will be integral in bringing our brands to life and contributing to their growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Support content creation for various channels, including blogs, newsletters, visual assets, and advertisements. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies. Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to boost brand presence and visibility. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, generating reports and insights for optimization. Assist in organizing and executing events, activations, and sponsorship initiatives. Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives. Help with website management, ensuring content updates, SEO optimization, and user experience improvements.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is passionate, organized, and proactive, with a strong desire to contribute to the success of our brands.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite. Knowledge of the UAE market trends and customer preferences. Arabic is a must
