We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and website management. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of planning and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other online platforms.
Manage and update the company website, ensuring content accuracy and SEO optimization.
Create engaging content for social media channels and manage posting schedules.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
Design marketing materials such as banners, brochures, newsletters (basic design skills preferred).
Monitor competitor marketing strategies and report insights.
Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing / performance marketing (minimum 1-3 years).
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and SEO basics.
Experience with WordPress, React
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign tracking tools.
Good communication and content writing skills.
Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns independently.
Preferred Skills
Graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) - added advantage.
Video editing experience is a plus.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot) preferred.
