Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
Promote medical services, specialties, and healthcare programs ethically and in compliance with healthcare regulations
Manage digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media, SEO, and online campaigns
Plan and execute branding, advertising, and patient outreach programs
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitor analysis, and patient demographics
Collaborate with medical, operations, and management teams to support service expansion
Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, corporate clients, and community partners
Organize health awareness campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
Minimum
3-5 years of marketing experience
