Full time job
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
Coordinate and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
Collaborate with sales teams to design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and advertisements.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and target audiences.
Organize and participate in promotional events and open houses to network with potential clients.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.
Maintain and update company websites and social media profiles with current property listings and content.
Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
Higher diploma (Preferred)
