To support the marketing and business development functions by creating visual content, coordinating events and exhibitions, managing marketing material inventory, and assisting with general marketing and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design Work:
Design and develop marketing and non-marketing visual materials such as brochures, flyers, social media content, banners, and exhibition graphics.
Ensure all design work aligns with the company's branding and communication standards.
Exhibition Coordination & Planning:
Coordinate with external stakeholders including exhibition organizers and stand designers.
Plan and manage timelines, design approvals, and logistics for upcoming events and exhibitions.
Marketing Material Inventory Management:
Maintain an up-to-date stock of marketing materials (brochures, giveaways, printed items, etc.).
Issue materials upon request from the Sales and Business Development teams.
Ensure timely replenishment of stock based on forecasted usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or any related filed.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in industrial marketing or design related role preferred or B2B.
Preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or allied industries.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and event coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva/Photoshop (optional), and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
