Job Description
What you'll do:
Plan, execute, and optimize
digital & social media marketing campaigns
Manage and grow social media channels (Reels-first strategy)
Create engaging content with clear CTAs
Improve engagement, reach, and conversions through testing and analytics
Track campaign performance and share actionable insights
What we're looking for:
2-4 years of experience in digital or social media marketing
Proven ability to run marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools
Experience in entertainment and/or hospitality is highly preferred
Creative, analytical, and performance-driven mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
