:

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our flower shop team. The ideal candidate will be skilled with computers and digital tools, have a passion for marketing, and be comfortable working hands-on with flowers and floral products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media accounts (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) Create and post marketing content (photos, videos, offers, promotions) Take photos and short videos of flower arrangements and shop activities Assist with basic graphic design and online promotions Handle online inquiries and support sales through digital platforms Help with in-store displays, promotions, and flower arrangements when needed Coordinate marketing campaigns for events, seasons, and special occasions Maintain customer data and follow up on leads

Requirements:

Strong computer skills (social media, basic design tools, MS Office) Experience in marketing or social media management Creativity and good visual sense Comfortable working in a flower shop environment Willingness to learn about flowers and floral arrangements Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Experience in retail or flower shops Knowledge of photography or video editing Arabic and English communication skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
