Position: Marketing Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (In-office)

Salary: Up to AED 5,000/month + performance-based bonuses

Key Responsibilities

Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display) Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms). Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans Managing and updating web content using CMS platforms such as WordPress. Supporting SEO activity including keyword research and content optimisation Pulling reports and analysing performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot. Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions Grow audience engagement, leads, and online sales through digital channels. Work closely with management to align marketing activities with business goals.

Requirements

2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management. A working knowledge of key digital channels including organic, paid, and email Confidence using platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Meta Ads Manager Familiarity with CMS tools like WordPress Basic understanding of SEO and how it supports content performance Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong understanding of digital analytics, ROAS, CPA, and campaign optimization. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven.

Compensation

Fixed salary: up to AED 5,000/month. Performance bonuses: based on sales growth, campaign KPIs, and ROAS improvements.
