We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

Marketing Executive

with a flair for graphics, presentations, and content development to join our team in the automotive sector. This role will be responsible for

preparing and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, as well as creating high-impact presentations

and marketing studies for internal stakeholders and senior management.

The ideal candidate will combine

strong marketing and communication skills with design sensibility

to ensure all documents and deliverables are not only accurate and professional but also visually engaging and brand-consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender & Proposal Management

Analyse and review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents from clients, government bodies, and OEMs.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather required information for bid responses.

Prepare and submit well-structured, customized, and timely proposals and quotations.

Maintain a database of submitted proposals and track status, deadlines, and outcomes.

Graphic Design & Presentation

Create compelling and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and marketing materials for internal and external use.

Enhance tender and proposal documents using design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.) to make them more professional and persuasive.

Apply creative thinking to transform technical or plain content into engaging visual formats.

Market Research & Reporting

Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to support bid strategies and senior-level decisions.

Prepare summary reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for top management.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to understand offerings and ensure accurate proposal content.

Maintain alignment with brand and communication guidelines across all deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Graphic Design (MBA/PGDM is a plus).

2-5 years of experience in proposal writing, tender response, or marketing coordination.

Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong design and visual storytelling skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Working knowledge of graphic/design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.

Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
