Key Responsibilities:
Visit and meet HR Managers and PROs of new companies to introduce our services and bring new business to the center.
Make calls to HR/PRO representatives of companies to establish connections and promote services.
Follow up with both new and existing customers to maintain strong business relationships.
Assist and coordinate with customers when they visit the center, ensuring their work is processed smoothly and efficiently.
Act as a liaison between the center and clients to provide necessary support for successful service delivery.
Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and business leads for reporting and follow-up purposes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or client relationship management (experience in service centers is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Even proactive freshers are also welcome.
Ready to relocate to Abu Dhbai
Only Male Candidate.
Should speak Malayalam, Hindi and other languages is a plus.
