Visit
schools, clinics, and hospitals
to introduce our healthcare services
Build strong relationships with
doctors, school leaders, and decision-makers
Present and promote our services to generate
referrals and partnerships
Conduct surveys and follow-ups with
families and patients
to ensure satisfaction
Act as a
point of contact
between the company, patients, and schools
Support in resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication across parties
Business Growth & Lead Generation
Identify and approach potential clients (schools, clinics, medical centers)
Follow up on leads through cold calls, emails, and direct meetings
Close deals and convert leads into long-term referring partners
Maintain CRM records, and support reporting and analytics
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-5 years' experience in
marketing/business development in UAE healthcare
Strong digital marketing skills (Google Ads, Meta Ads, content creation)
Excellent photo/video shooting and basic editing skills
Strong design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools
Confident communicator in
Arabic and English
Self-starter, organized, and proactive in the field
