LifeBalance Foot Care is an online and retail chain specialized in the design, sale and distribution of foot care products. Operations started back in May 2015 and currently LIfeBalance has operations in UAE and Qatar with expansion plans in GCC and MENA regions.

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive to operate closely with the management in all functions related to marketing whether online or offline. In this role, you will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across digital and offline platforms.

What to expect:

- You will work closely with the management and execute their vision on how to best market the company.
- You will work with dedicated digital services providers to make sure they are operating as per the business guidelines and objectives.
- While you will not execute any creative work yourself (such as SEO, SEM, video shooting or editing, etc...) you are expected to be fully aware and equipped to handle these functions.
- You will make sure of timely reporting on marketing functions.
- Creativity and idea generation is a must for this function so resourcefulness is a must.

Responsibilities

Implement marketing strategies set by the management to support business growth liaise the digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) with concerned parties. Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and similar tools Execute the marketing budgets and optimize for ROI as set by the management. Coordinate in-clinic promotions, sport and cultural events, and community outreach Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive marketing initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of experience in a marketing role (retail preferred) Understanding of digital marketing, including social media and paid advertising Experience with marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, etc. Passion for wellness and a customer-first mindset
