Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven

Marketing Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital and social media marketing, with strong knowledge of content creation, campaign management, and SEO practices. Experience in the engineering or technical services industry in the UAE is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's brand, services, and projects Manage all digital marketing activities including website updates, email campaigns, and SEO optimization Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Monitor social media and website performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, presentations, and case studies Coordinate and support participation in exhibitions, events, and industry forums Maintain brand consistency and ensure alignment with company goals Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE (experience in an engineering or B2B environment is an advantage) Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management Working knowledge of SEO strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) Strong communication and copywriting skills Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with the engineering/technical services sector Basic graphic design or video editing skills Fluency in both English and Arabic is an advantage
