Job Description

Role Objective:

The role of the Marketing Executive will assist and support the Marketing Manager in all aspects of marketing for the given asset portfolio. This includes supporting the development of marketing strategies, assisting in conceptualizing annual marketing calendars and managing the execution of marketing calendars, events and campaign plans. Support in maintaining relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance the awareness of the assets falling under the entity and supporting on delivering key objectives for the destination, including but not limited to: increased footfall, driving tenant sales, repeat visitation and high customersatisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years' experience in marketing.

Background in destination marketing, retail, real estate, or events marketing.

Strong experience of integrated marketing communications, digital marketing, event management, and budget management. Proven experience working with agencies, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Skills and Competencies

Ability to translate business goals into effective marketing plans that drive measurable outcomes. Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively. Proven experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members while fostering collaboration across teams. Capable of planning, managing, and optimizing budgets to deliver high-impact campaigns with cost-efficiency. Ability to interpret marketing analytics, campaign performance data, and research insights to inform decision making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms, content strategies, CRM tools, SEO, paid media, and web analytics.
