Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with our brand objectives and drive patient engagement. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with our brand objectives and drive patient engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Bloom Plus Medical Center\'s dental and dermatology services, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, website, email newsletters, and print materials.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with our online community to foster relationships and enhance brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Clinical, Operations, and Administration to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and patient needs.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to healthcare marketing.
