The Role
The Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive the growth and success of the business. This will include managing a range of marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness and lead generation, developing and executing marketing plans, structuring partnerships with other local businesses, and analysing the results of marketing initiatives to improve future efforts. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute marketing strategies to support brand awareness, lead generation, business growth and customer acquisition \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and manage a range of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including company website, email, social media, and paid advertising \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse the results of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for future efforts based on performance \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with General Manager and external marketing agencies to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the company\'s social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and growing the community \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain partnerships with influencers, brand ambassadors and various businesses to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition \xe2\x80\xa2 Write and edit marketing materials, including website copy, email newsletters, advertising copy, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the company\'s marketing budget and allocate resources effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Attend events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to represent and promote the company, building relationships with potential partners and customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Structure and negotiate collaborative partnerships with various local businesses \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company is at the forefront of effective marketing practices

Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling content and present ideas effectively \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with social media management and paid advertising is highly appreciated \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in taking effective photos and videos for social media \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience creating graphic design, brochures, flyers, banners \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of marketing technology and tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, workstreams and deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and ownership of results \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated passion for health and wellness, and an understanding of the benefits of stretching and mobility practices
