About Spot Spot (lookforspot.com) develops lands and leases the spaces out to food trucks, creating a food truck park. As of right now all 6 active food trucks are in AD and Al Ain. In the pipeline are another 13 food truck parks across AD, Dubai and Sharjah that will be built in the next 2 years. The new developments include a mall, partnership with Tesla and ADIO. The Role We are searching for a candidate that demonstrates passion within the marketing field. The role will require you to lead the direction of Spot\xe2\x80\x99s content strategy, manage social media, and overlook all marketing efforts. Responsibilities
- Implementing a social media strategy for Spot
- Working with the team to come up with a social media strategy that follows the current and future company initiatives
- Work with graphic designer/content creator to create content
- Maintain the highest quality of engagement at all times
- Ensure people that speak English and Arabic are being engaged with
- Ensure everyone is being responded to immediately
- Escalate issues to customer support, operations or sales according to the customer requirements
- Work with marketer to push ads that promote follower growth
- Partner with merchants to create marketing campaigns
- Create giveaway campaigns
- Constantly keep a lookout for trends in social and work with content creator to create content that follows these trends
- Implementing a social media strategy for Spot
- Candidates ideally based in Abu Dhabi
- Completion of bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
- 2 years + in marketing related roles
- Outstanding verbal communication in English and Arabic
- Strong with organization and management skills
- Comfortable with creative execution
- Ability to work hard, meet tight deadlines and without close supervision
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
