We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive - Social Media Specialist who can join our team. The desired profile is a passionate content creator with a strong media background to understand not only the Social Media field but other marketing areas as well. We also expect you to be up-to-date with the latest social media trends. Il Forno Restaurant is an Italian cuisine chain born over 22 years ago, out of love for the Italian food culture in the United Arab Emirates. Il Forno has over the years kept its standard of preserving the unique recipes and tastes of various Italian cuisines. We believe that quality is a priority that shouldn't be battered for less. Il Forno has over 20 branches across the seven emirates of the UAE. Main Responsibilities

• A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, and how it can be combined with other marketing platforms and areas in the company.
• Maintaining expertise on various social media platforms.
• Follow social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Effectively execute digital marketing guidelines to meet deadlines.
• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels), ensuring all content adheres to global guidelines.
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars and manage cadence of publishing.
• Ensure brand consistency in community management through tone, voice, and terminology.
• Growing our brand's social media communities and engagement.
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools and following trends.
• Identifying opportunities for real time marketing, content and emerging trends.
• Suggest and implement new features to develop all the steps through our sales funnel and provide creative ideas for content marketing for any marketing platform.
• Turning fans into customers, and customers into advocates.
• Interest to manage more platforms related to PPC.
• An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately.
• Ability to deliver and handle creative content to different Social Media platforms, by self-creation or agency management.
• Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform.
• Desirable to have good editing skills for images and video.
• Desirable to have a photograph and video knowledge in order to follow up our shootings.
• Background in Media or Design is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Arabic language is a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Able to follow Social Media strategies.
• Editing knowledge for video and photo.
• Graphic design skill managing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
• Interest in Social Media & Customer Trends.
• Knowledge of PCC, SEM, and SEO is an advantage.
• 2 years of experience in the Social Media field (as a minimum) - Company, agency, or media company background.
• F&B experience is a plus.
• Overall understanding of the Middle Eastern region.
• Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
• Customer focus & Attention to detail.
• Active listening & Positive language.
• Creative problem-solving.
• Social Customer Service skills: empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution.
• Strong multi-tasker.
• Fast learner & Team player.
• Any Social Media certificate is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
