Key Objectives

Responsibilities

Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns that align with IIQAF's brand goals and hospitality market demands. Develop content for digital platforms including social media, email newsletters, and the company website. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for promotional materials and events. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to inform future strategies. Assist in organizing hospitality events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks and project coordination.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing software, and content management systems. Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.
