Position Summary
The Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the hotel's marketing strategy by developing creative content, managing digital platforms, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand visibility. This role plays a key part in driving revenue growth by enhancing the hotel's online presence, promoting offers, and maintaining strong communication across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage all hotel social media accounts (Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Create engaging content, captions, and visuals that align with the hotel's brand identity.
Plan, schedule, and publish posts using marketing calendars.
Monitor social media performance, insights, engagement, and respond to online inquiries.
Coordinate with photographers/videographers for content production.
2. Website & Online Presence Management
Ensure hotel website and landing pages are updated with accurate information, promotions, and visuals.
Work with Revenue/Reservations team to promote room offers, packages, and events.
Optimize online visibility through SEO, tagging, and content updates.
3. Campaign & Promotions Support
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for rooms, F&B outlets, spa, events, and seasonal promotions.
Coordinate with Sales, F&B, and Events departments to collect information and materials.
Track campaign performance and prepare reports.
4. Branding & Creative Support
Maintain brand guidelines across all hotel materials.
Assist in the creation of flyers, menus, brochures, digital banners, and presentations.
Ensure all collaterals meet hotel brand standards and quality requirements.
5. Photography & Content Coordination
Arrange and support photoshoots for property, events, F&B items, and rooms.
Select, edit, and organize content for marketing use.
6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitors' marketing activities, promotions, and digital strategies.
Provide recommendations to improve hotel positioning and visibility.
7. Reporting & Administration
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports.
Maintain marketing files, image libraries, brand assets, and digital records.
Coordinate with external agencies, influencers, and media when required.
Qualifications
Hotel experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality marketing is preferred.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva / Adobe).
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
