Job Description

An interior Designing company is looking for Marketing who is expert in Creating consistent, meaningful content (Videos, Images, GIFs) on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:

  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company's social media presence and performance.
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Implement and measure marketing and sales enablement strategies to incorporating integrated digital marketing and brand strategies, roadmaps and campaigns to accelerate brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth goals.
  • Should have experience in video making and as well as photography.
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.
  • Provide impactful marketing content and campaigns to achieve sales goals.
  • Data driven performance marketing to increase website and mobile traffic, quality lead generation, enhance user journey and experience, improve conversion rates and build brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Define customer target segments and develop, execute and manage campaigns to drive online traffic and engagement across omni-channel platforms and print media.
  • Develop metrics to measure insights into potential and existing customers to build new business opportunities.
  • Optimize automation to improve email marketing and website conversion optimization.
  • Maintain social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Direct the creation, curation and management of all published digital content.
  • Reporting and analysis - evaluate online campaign performance.
  • Organize and participate in industry events and trade show
  • Manage marketing budget.
Requirement:
  • UAE experience: digital and social media marketing, content writing, customer experience development, sales enablement and brand awareness.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience with high-performance employment in digital and social media marketing experience gained in the UAE with a proven record in building brand reputation, generating demand and leads and developing the right sales enablement content.
  • Strong experience in developing relevant industry content; defining the customer journey and channel strategy; and testing and analyzing performance.
  • Proven experience in developing, executing and managing customer base direct marketing campaigns delivered via effective marketing automation platforms.
  • Paid digital media strategy and paid user acquisition - Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn InMail Marketing.
  • Strong experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, programmatic advertising, paid advertising, website optimization and funnel conversions.
  • Proven capabilities in translating performance metrics into actionable insights.
  • Excellent in both oral and written communication
  • Arabic speaking is a plus
  • Must be currently living in the UAE
