. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for the Group's logistics, freight forwarding, and other business divisions. Oversee brand positioning, communication strategy, and corporate identity across all companies under the group. Lead digital marketing initiatives to strengthen online visibility and generate qualified leads. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends. Collaborate closely with the business development and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. Plan and manage marketing budgets, campaigns, and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI. Lead the development of promotional materials, content creation, and marketing collaterals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with media partners, advertising agencies, and key stakeholders. Mentor and guide marketing teams within each subsidiary to maintain alignment and consistency in messaging.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in

Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Management

. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital marketing, and brand management. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple brands and business units effectively. Creative thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
