Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead and oversee all marketing activities within a premium aesthetic and medical environment. The role requires a strong balance between creative vision, strategic execution, performance auditing, and close coordination with sales and call centre teams to drive patient acquisition, brand growth, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, instruct, and manage the entire marketing team, including digital, content, PR, and performance marketing
Develop innovative aesthetic-focused marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and medical ethics
Oversee full marketing execution, from concept to implementation
Act as a full marketing auditor, monitoring:
Campaign performance and ROI
Lead generation quality
Budget control and marketing efficiency
Maintain direct communication with the Call Centre for:
Lead quality evaluation
Conversion rates and patient feedback
Daily and weekly performance reports
Maintain direct communication with Sales / Patient Coordinators to:
Align campaigns with revenue and booking targets
Improve patient journey and conversion flow
Ensure brand consistency and premium positioning across all platforms
Prepare clear performance reports and strategic insights for management
Monitor market trends, competitors, and patient behavior within the aesthetic industry
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Manager in aesthetics, medical, luxury, or healthcare sectors
Strong understanding of patient acquisition funnels and clinic operations
Experience in marketing analytics, auditing, and KPI tracking
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to work closely with medical teams while maintaining compliance and brand ethics
