We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our growing real estate company in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on branding, marketing campaigns, and design projects for high-profile properties. The ideal candidate should have a background in design, experience in marketing, and fresh ideas to contribute to our dynamic team.

- Marketing Calendar: Plan and manage campaigns, events, and promotional activities for vacant and renovated buildings.

- Digital Marketing: Oversee website updates, property listings, and SEO to boost visibility and leads.

- Social Media: Handle daily posting, engagement, and paid ads across all company platforms.

- Branding: Ensure consistent visuals and coordinate the design and production of brochures, signage, and ads.

- Photography: Capture or coordinate photos and videos of properties for listings and social media.

- Market Research: Track competitor activities and provide insights for leasing strategies.

- Reporting: Prepare brief weekly marketing reports and coordinate with leasing and management teams.

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing (real estate preferred).

- Strong grasp of digital marketing and SEO.

- Good eye for design; basic use of Canva or Adobe tools.

Valid UAE driving license (required).

- Photography/videography skills are a major plus.

- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.

Salary Range -4000-6000
