The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the marketing team with the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies. This position involves coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media and website content, organizing promotional events, and assisting with market research. The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the creative and communications teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals and brand image. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Media Planning & Execution

  • Assist in implementing integrated media plans across ATL and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with media agencies and internal stakeholders for seamless campaign rollout.
  • Monitor media performance, track KPIs, and ensure timely optimization and reporting.
Performance Marketing (Social)
  • Support the execution of paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Work with creative teams to brief and review content optimized for each platform.
Out of Home (OOH) Advertising
  • Oversee creative approvals and ensure timely execution of all OOH campaigns.
  • Track visibility and effectiveness of outdoor campaigns and suggest improvements.
Influencer Marketing
  • Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with the brand's objectives.
  • Manage influencer communication, briefing, content delivery, and campaign tracking.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and deadlines.
Activations & Events
  • Support the planning and execution of retail activations, seasonal campaigns, and events.
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Assist in logistics, on-ground execution, and post-event evaluations.
Trade & Data Analytics
  • Monitor retail footfall trends, campaign performance, and competitor activity.
  • Compile trade and marketing performance reports using internal data tools and external sources.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a marketing or media-related role, preferably within the retail sector.
  • A basic understanding of the local influencer ecosystem and current content trends across social and digital platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
