About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Marketing Coordinator

to support our growing marketing operations within the real estate sector. This role focuses on

coordinating with external partners

,

reviewing marketing outputs

, and

assisting with events and day-to-day marketing activities

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the

main liaison between our internal team and external marketing partners

, including our digital agency, PR agency, and graphic designer. Review

marketing materials

such as social media content, email campaigns, newsletters, and press releases before publication. Assist in planning and coordinating

marketing events, property launches, and exhibitions

, ensuring all logistics and materials are aligned with the brand. Support the

execution of marketing materials

by following up with the vendors on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. Assist in preparing

performance reports

by compiling data and feedback from agency partners. Maintain organized records of campaigns, media coverage, creative assets, and event outcomes. Conduct periodic market research to support the development of new ideas and assess trends. Perform regular site visits to capture high-quality photos and videos of construction progress, leveraging experience in photoshoots for marketing and reporting purposes

Requirements:

Minimum of

3 to 5 years of marketing experience in the real estate industry

(UAE market knowledge preferred). Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with an eye for detail and design aesthetics.

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

for visual edits and content adaptation.

Experience with CMS platforms

(e.g., WordPress) for content review and basic updates. Comfortable managing and collaborating with third-party agencies. Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
