KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

General

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with team members to develop campaign timelines and deliverables.

Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and blogs.

Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure quality and consistency.

Conduct research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysis.

Assist in collecting and analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness.

Help plan and organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Coordinate logistics, materials, and communications for events.

Manage social media accounts, including posting content and engaging with followers.

Monitor social media analytics and report on performance.

Work with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing strategies.

Communicate marketing plans and updates to stakeholders.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).

Experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and content marketing strategies.
