We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our world class growth-marketing team for the Food vertical at Careem. What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

• Supporting on the complete process of executing the marketing plans in collaboration with marketing manager & commercial manager across all marketing channels (online and offline)
• Devising strategies for reaching new audiences and developing campaigns that resonate with them
• Owning analysis of marketing campaign performance and sharing best practices
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on initiatives; social, design, etc.
• Managing the relationship with marketing partnerships for the UAE and the execution of these agreed initiatives
• Managing external resources to develop marketing materials
• Developing the influencer strategy for the different campaigns in the UAE, and managing relationships, execution, and performance with the support of the social and marketing team
• Liaising with the care team on relevant communication to customers

• Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Marketing
• Dubai market knowledge (Old Dubai is a plus)
• 2-3 years experience in marketing
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to create compelling marketing campaigns and content, and communicate a compelling vision
• Strong relationship builder, an adept communicator with the ability to liaise with people on all levels
• Ability to think about process and scale above all else to work efficiently and effectively with multiple tasks
• Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment/e-commerce is desirable
