Ali & Sons Group is looking for a

Marketing Coordinator - CRM Specialist

to join our

Customer & Prospect Management (CPM)

team within the Motors Division. This role is pivotal in managing customer data, supporting marketing and sales initiatives, and enhancing the overall customer experience across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Role Purpose



To manage and optimize customer and prospect data across the entire customer lifecycle by ensuring CRM data accuracy, effective lead attribution, campaign support, digital automation, and system optimization--ultimately enhancing customer experience and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Service Support



Conduct outbound calls to follow up on service appointments and collect customer feedback. Respond to inbound customer enquiries related to vehicle service and maintenance. Coordinate with service teams to schedule appointments and ensure smooth service delivery. Address customer concerns, escalating issues where required. Maintain accurate CRM records including customer details, feedback, and service history.

What We're Looking For



Education:



Associate Degree in IT Development, Marketing, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).

Experience:



Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in CRM operations, digital campaigns, or sales support.

Skills & Knowledge:



Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, C@P). Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards). Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management and digital workflows. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Certifications:



Digital Marketing certification (preferred).

Languages:



English (mandatory) Arabic (preferred)

Software:



Familiarity with automotive CRM platforms and customer journey tools is an advantage.
