We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced

Marketing Coordinator

to join our team and support our marketing initiatives in the UAE market.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels to promote our brands and venues.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, activations, and events.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audiences in the UAE market. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and event assets. Plan, organize, and support events and brand activations to drive visibility and guest engagement. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities. Assist with content creation for digital platforms, including social media, newsletters, and website updates. Help manage advertising budgets and track performance metrics for campaigns and events. Monitor and analyze campaign and event results to optimize marketing efforts and increase ROI. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in

hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle events

. Strong understanding of the Dubai market and consumer behavior. Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns and events from concept to completion. Experience with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing, and Google Analytics. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.
