to join our interior fit-out company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be well-presented, professional, and highly organized, capable of handling client communications and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally answer and manage incoming sales calls.
Transfer client inquiries and calls to the appropriate sales team members.
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings with clients.
Maintain and update sales team calendars to ensure timely appointments.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and other documents.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, meetings, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in coordinating with design, estimation, and project departments.
Handle basic client queries and provide company/project information.
Ensure smooth internal and external communication throughout the sales process.
Prepare and maintain sales reports as required by management.
Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role (interior fit-out/ construction industry experience is an advantage).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
