About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on

Marketing Coordinator

to help power our marketing engine across Techniline and Music Majlis. If you're highly organized, obsessed with execution, and fluent in modern digital workflows -- this role is for you.

You'll support daily marketing operations, coordinate campaign rollouts, collect cross-functional inputs, and manage content libraries and performance reporting. This is a shared service role across both our B2B distribution and B2C e-commerce brands.

Agency experience and experience in AV/Pro Audio/Music Instruments/ELV is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Publish

content on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Coordinate

email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaign sends

Track

post performance, engagement, and customer replies

Upload

website visuals, banners, and SEO content

Liaise

with influencers and partners for campaigns

Collect

marketing content from sales, product, and project teams

Maintain

a shared photo/video/content database

Manage

the content and promotion calendar with the CMO

Support

internal B2B decks and proposal templates

Requirements

2-5 years in a digital marketing or coordination role

Familiarity with email/CRM/scheduling tools (e.g.BiteSpeed, Meta Suite)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Agency or high-volume multitasking experience preferred

Exposure to Pro Audio / AV / Music industries is a bonus

Fluent in written and spoken English, Arabic communication is a plus

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
