Position Summary:



The Marketing Coordinator supports the shopping mall's marketing and promotional activities, ensuring effective collaboration between mall management and tenants. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives, tenant promotions, mall events and ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy to drive foot traffic, enhance customer experience, and support tenant sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Tenant Marketing Coordination



Act as the primary liaison between tenants and the mall's marketing team. Coordinate, collect, and manage tenants' promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and marketing content. Assist tenants in aligning their marketing efforts with the mall's overall branding and event calendar. Develop joint marketing opportunities to support tenant sales and engagement (e.g., loyalty programs, seasonal guides, special campaigns). Track and report tenant participation and feedback in mall-wide promotions.

2. Mall Events & Scheduling



Plan, organize, and execute mall-wide events, promotions, and seasonal activities (e.g., holiday events, pop-up markets, family days, and fashion shows). Create and maintain an annual event calendar in coordination with mall management and tenants. Manage event logistics, including setup, vendor coordination, staffing, permits, and compliance with mall policies. Ensure events are effectively marketed across all channels to maximize attendance and media exposure.

3. Marketing Campaign Execution



Assist in the creation and rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, signage, PR). Collaborate with designers, photographers, agencies, and other vendors as needed. Manage the mall's social media accounts with engaging content that promotes mall events, tenant activities, and mall services. Monitor, measure, and report on campaign and event performance (e.g., traffic counts, engagement metrics, sales uplift).

4. Administrative Support



Maintain accurate marketing budgets, vendor contracts, and expense tracking related to marketing activities. Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing activity reports for mall management. Manage promotional material inventory, signage placements, and marketing collateral distribution. Assist with sponsorship acquisition and partnership building for mall events.

Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or retail marketing preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant and vendor relations. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings for events when needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
