Marketing Co-Ordinator

to join our team.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Co-Ordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing both

online and offline marketing strategies

to promote our brand, increase occupancy rates, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the

hotel and hospitality industry

, with a creative yet data-driven approach to marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email) and offline channels (events, brochures, partnerships). Develop and manage content calendars for social media and email marketing. Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for brand-aligned creatives. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on KPIs and ROI. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging. Assist in organizing promotional events and client engagement initiatives. Maintain and update the company website and booking platforms with accurate, engaging content.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the hotel & hospitality industry

. Proven track record in executing successful digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of Dubai's hospitality landscape and guest preferences. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, etc.). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, result-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
