The Marketing Coordinator acts as the central point of contact for marketing requests, ensuring smooth workflow and communication within the marketing team. This role is responsible for tracking tasks, managing timelines, and coordinating with different team members to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently.
? Receive and log marketing requests from different teams and branches.
? Ensure all necessary information and briefs are included before assigning tasks.
? Direct requests to the appropriate marketing team member or external vendor.
2. Task Monitoring & Timeline Management:
? Track the progress of assigned marketing tasks and follow up on deadlines.
? Send regular reminders to the marketing team about upcoming deadlines.
? Ensure timely delivery of materials to the requesting party.
3. Coordination & Communication:
? Act as the first point of contact for marketing-related inquiries and requests
? Liaise between internal teams for Head office, other departments and branches external vendors, and
? Conduct Regular meetings with the branches
? Maintain clear documentation of marketing requests, approvals, and completed tasks.
4. Asset & Material Distribution:
? Organize and maintain a library of marketing assets, including approved materials, brand guidelines, and promotional content..
? Keep records of what has been delivered to different markets and teams.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
? Maintain an organized record of marketing tasks, campaign requests, and project statuses.
? Prepare weekly reports on task progress, pending requests, and completed projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
? Graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply; A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
? 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role or similar administrative position.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Excellent communication in English and coordination skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.
? Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
? Can Work under pressure and meet deadlines
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
