Travel & Tourism marketing experience will be advantageous.
Proven experience with direct mailing software including Figma.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
Key Accountabilities: Marketing
Database
Develop, maintain, and secure the global client and supplier databases.Ensure the databases are always correctly categorised and up to date.
Email Marketing
Preparing and sending regular promotional, product and notification mailersSeek exclusive or advance notice promotions.Monitoring, analyising and reporting on the mailing statistics.Developing a library of images authorised for use.
Digital Marketing LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Managing regular news and promotional updates.Monitoring page views, impressions, engagements, and other metrics via the analytics.
Website registrations
Coordinate all website registration requests and system sign ups. Corporate Communications Support
Monitoring, managing, and supporting brand management.
Branded Gifts.
Company Presentations.
Company Profiles.
