Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Marketing Coordinator

with strong communication skills and experience in a similar industry. This role is responsible for bridging communication between showroom managers and the marketing team, ensuring alignment across campaigns, promotions, and product launches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and has a good understanding of marketing processes and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the communication bridge between showroom managers and the marketing team to coordinate sales promotions, in-store marketing messages, product information, and pricing details. Work closely with the product design and development teams, as well as photographers, to align marketing initiatives with new collections. Schedule and manage communication with photographers, content creators, and social media specialists to ensure timely delivery of content. Support in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including campaign assets, event collateral, and post-campaign performance reports. Maintain project timelines and help ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms and materials.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience

in a similar marketing role within a relevant industry (retail, design, fashion, or lifestyle preferred). Strong verbal and written

communication skills

. Excellent organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing platforms and tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, social media scheduling tools).
