Marketing Coordinator -
This position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into a full-time role. We are looking for someone who has a prior experience in marketing coordination and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
Planning and sending email marketing campaigns for upcoming events.
Prepare content for posts, emailers, and event promotions.
Maintain and update the social media and marketing calendar.
Coordinate with the data team to ensure correct database usage for email campaigns.
Writing basic scripts for event sessions, announcements, or moderators.
Communicate with interested participants by sending follow-up emails.
Support in coordinating with designers for marketing artwork and approvals.
Basic media coordination such as listing events, media partner outreach, etc.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who is willing to take full responsibility of duties & to work in fast paced environment.
Creative thinking and interest in marketing, content creation, or events.
Basic knowledge of social media, Canva, or email marketing is a plus.
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Someone with a Marketing educational background or experience.
Package and Compensation
Monthly package of AED 4500/- (inclusive of travel and housing allowance)
